This looks like a absolute killer of a game!

I think i will purchase this... if anyone else has this on pre-order please let me know. I know other games are blasphimy, however, this looks like it could top MW2 which is also ace!

i read this article (in Dutch) that you buy only part of the game and need to download the rest, in an effort to fight people selling on their game after they are done with it.

anyway, i never sold a game i bought i think we're being ripped off so no BF bc2 for me

i had it ordered then i cancelled as i heard bad things,now ive been playing the single player cough demo cough and its actually pretty good,bit of a jagged line thing going on but the sounds are wicked,possibly the most realistic ive heard in a game. theres no prone but thats not the end of the world,it does have a bit of a console feel as its a little bit jagged and not as fluid in the movements as id like but its definatley worth a go.

what deffinatley ISNT worth a go or even worth a try of the demo is command and conquer 4...EA have totally killed this game to death and possibly even further.

what can I say, after being shafted with no dedicated servers in COD:MW2, now Bad Company 2 is a con aswell!! The single player is preety good, but I dont buy games for that. The in-game browser is toilet!And it hooks you up to servers with a 150+ping when you use the autojoin. And I'm not so sure of the MP hit detection either. I let my boy on the game (He plays BF2 regular) and even he commented on it (So its not me being shite as usual!!)

Having played the demo more,i think it must be nearly finished as ive heard its only 6 hrs i do find the movement not very nice.
you can tell its meant to be a console game i think,it boasts some serious jagged lines in places which is a shame as apart from that it looks pretty good.

with the amount of money EA have you would think they could finish a game properly...but then that would be BFBC3

im on hold from purchacing this yet, after reading ALOT of bad press im not too convinced it will live up to my standards.

i play alot of bf2, and i feel im very proficiant ingame, i was hoping that bc2 was going to be a step up, not sideways.

im also still enjoying mw2 and intend on getting to prestige 70. (im 31 prestige atm).

finished the demo now and i actually really liked it by the end.
as for multiplayer i have no idea but the demos worth a go for single player

also i dont really have enought fully functional limbs for multiplayer yet.

Single player was really good, thoroughly enjoyed it (Kudos to Arab doing it one-handed!!) As for multi-player, not a bad game! In game browser is frustrating, but... my machine is not man enough ;-( Running the game on x32 is almost impossible, so I chucked another drive in and ran it on win7 x64, even then I only managed 30fps ingame. And I aint got the funds to upgarde at the moment, so pants I say!!
My rig is 4 years old, but here's the specs.....

AMD Athlon 4400
4GB RAM
Nvidia 9800 GT x2 in SLi
Soundblaster X-Fi (Doesn't work on x64)

So, back to MW2.........

and an audigy platinum card that ive had for donkeys years.

using 64bit windoze but BF installed to the x86 folder...

run sweet anyway.

Single plaer mine ran it fine, but multiplayer is a tad laggy ;-(
